Arrow Point Lodge has an amazing, large water view of the lake. With a large floating dock that can accommodate your entire group, you’ll have plenty of space to play, relax, and soak up the sun all day long. The water depth is 8–9 feet off the dock, making it great for swimming or boating.

This home is nestled on the outside of a sandbar, so most boat traffic stays on the opposite side of the lake, providing a safe place for swimming and kayaking. Two child kayaks, two adult kayaks, life jackets, and lounge chairs are provided.

Jackson Lake is a hidden gem of northern Georgia. The lake is smaller and lesser known, so it’s not quite as busy as some of the larger lakes.Our neighborhood is fairly quiet with moderate boat traffic and many homeowners that live on the lake full-time. This peaceful lake house retreat offers luxury, fun and everything you need. We’re located an hour from Atlanta, and close to Covington, Monticello and Jackson, Georgia. This is a serene and peaceful lake that is rare to find if you’re looking at larger lakes. Enjoy the tranquility of nature with this exquisitely decorated home plus additional parking. You can rent a private boat from local marinas and spend the day on the water. At night we suggest visiting downtown Jackson or Monticello for fun! Local restaurants like the Blind Pig, Lakeview and Fire and Ice are great places to eat.

The water depth is 8′ to 9′ off the dock, making it great for swimming or boating.
Two child kayaks, two adult kayaks, a paddleboard, and life jackets are provided.

The yard is fenced in (except the waterfront).

Living Room + Kitchen:
The main floor provides a spacious living room with seating for 8, bluetooth speaker system, and a TV. It connects to the kitchen, equipped with a full-size oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with ice-maker, our kitchen has everything you need at your fingertips. The island comfortably accommodates 8 guests, creating the perfect setting for shared meals. We’ve stocked a variety of kitchen essentials, including pots and pans, silverware, plates, mixing bowls, baking pans, a blender, a coffee maker, a toaster, and cooking utensils.

Bedrooms:
Downstairs, you will find a bedroom that has a king bed, a 43″ TV, and nightstands equipped with convenient USB outlets.
Upstairs, you will find a second king bedroom featuring a large closet, a 43″ TV, and bedside tables with USB outlets.

The upstairs bunk room is designed with two full beds on the bottom and two twin beds on the top. With ample closet space for belongings, this room is ideal for families. (For the top bunks, we recommend children aged 6 and older, with a weight limit of 150 pounds per side.)

The Lanai:
This screened-in porch has an 8-person dining table and 2 couches, offering a comfortable space for your entire group to gather without being confined indoors. A fire table creates warmth on cool evenings (Fire table in lanai provides warmth! Propane NOT included. Guest may need to refill tank.)
A mini-fridge is also provided for storing cold beverages.

The Lounge
This upstairs game room and lounge provide stunning views. It has two comfy recliners and a dining table accommodating six to eight people, setting the stage for game nights. Fancy a little friendly competition? Play foosball, pool, or table hockey on our mini-game table. Hang out at the bar, complete with a TV and vintage arcade machine packed with Nintendo 64 games. An electric fireplace keeps it warm and sets the vibe.

Entertainment: We understand that staying connected is essential, with fiber WiFi throughout the home, offering an average speed of 80-150 mbps. Stream your favorite shows (app logins required) on any of the 4 smart TVs strategically placed throughout the property.

Like Music? Our game lounge and living room feature in-ceiling speakers so that you can play your favorite music anytime by simply connecting your device via Bluetooth.

The Veranda: If you enjoy relaxing in the morning, the veranda is the perfect place! This upper deck, with its large balcony, is fully covered and provides ample seating, including two couches, overlooking the yard and lake.

Neighborhood: Our neighborhood is quiet and laid-back. Many of the residents live here full-time and love lake life!

Pets: We allow a single pet (dog) up to 40 lbs. An additional fee applies.

Laundry: A large Samsung washer and dryer are located in a laundry room in an exterior structure in front of the property. Laundry pods are provided.
